What counts as an active gage?+

Any gage or measurement equipment currently in service, due, under calibration, or temporarily unavailable counts. Retired and archived records do not.

Does the Free plan expire?+

No. You can use the Free plan for up to 50 active gages without a time limit.

What is included in the Custom plan?+

The Custom plan can include unlimited users, higher gage limits, approval workflows, advanced reporting, integrations, SSO, and assisted onboarding.

How is Custom pricing calculated?+

Pricing is based on your active gage count, workflow requirements, integrations, migration needs, and implementation support.

Can you import our existing data?+

The Free plan includes spreadsheet import. Custom customers can also receive assisted migration for larger or more complex datasets.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?+

Yes. Custom customers can request invoicing and purchase order support.
